Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Online purchases (Final sale items and gifts excluded) made through Ciarra are valid for a refund within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

Any orders that are canceled or refused after the product has shipped out are subject to a restocking fee dependent upon the product that was purchased.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs-eu@ciarraappliances.com Items must be unworn, unaltered, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. The original shipping cost and the insurance (if any) are non-refundable.

The shipping cost will make the customer's responsibility in case of buyer's remorse performance, such as color/quality, changing your mind, ordering by mistake, buying it elsewhere, etc. If the exchange or return is caused by our defective product or products, we will cover any return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of the package, please check the package immediately for any damage. Make sure the package is intact and open the box before signing for it. The logistics provider will not compensate for any damage found after signing for the package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges & Return

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs-eu@ciarraappliances.com 
  2. We will review the request. After the approval request, we will send you our warehouse address via email.
  3. Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
  4. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
  5. We'll cover the cost of any return shipping if the exchange even returns is a result of our error or defective product.

Refunds

You can apply for a refund within 30 days from the date you received the goods. You can contact us directly via email, and we will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. And the return address is same as the exchange address.

If approved, we will process your refund. After we submit the refund application, the credit limit or money will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within at least 7 working days. The actual time for the refund to arrive should be Subject to the processing of your bank or credit card company.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Cooker hoods with obvious signs of use, induction hobs, accessories, etc. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**Please note that if your order has been shipped, the shipping fee you paid is non-refundable and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €49.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or receive it without any damage


Cancel

The website takes 24 hours to process order transportation. If consumers need to cancel the order, they need to contact and cancel it within 24 hours after the order takes effect.

If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and it is within the time specified by the website to cancel the order, we support the cancellation of the order. After contacting our after-sales customer service and successfully canceling the order, the refund is generally processed within 3-5 working days. If there are other situations, it will be handled according to the actual situation.
