This pan set is if possible more stunning in real life than it appears in the listing. It arrived very well packed, in a beautiful presentation box, you get instructions that I recommend you read before using the pans.Although they are classed as dishwasher safe, it is recommended that pans with non stick coatings should be handwashed, this is true for these pans too. They had the most amazing look and feel to them even before I first used them, and I have to admit being a bit cautious using the first one, I just didnt want to scratch or damage it. I didn't really need to worry, I used silicon utensils and followed the maximum heat recommendations given in the instructions, not that my hob goes above those temperatures anyway. Both pans I was using were like new again after cooling and being washed, so I have relaxed a lot now when I use them. There are several things I particularly love about the pans.? They are simply beautiful, they look and feel like very high quality pans.? There is the perfect selection of useful sizes and pan types.? They come with some very helpful care/usage instructions to preserve the pans.? They are packaged beautifully, so you feel like you're getting something very special.? They do heat up faster than my previous pans did.? You can use them on any type of hob, so you wouldnt have to change pans if you change your hob.? They can also be used in the oven, meaning I'm able to crisp things up and make different dishes that I wasn't able to do with hob only pans.? The Dutch oven is not only huge and big enough for a large family meal, but it's a proper Dutch oven with the tight fitting lid, so you dont lose as much liquid when cooking.? They are heavy, but well balanced and not overly heavy, the lids are lightweight while still being sturdy and solid.Overall they are by far the best set of pans we have ever owned, They look lovely, with stylish touches like having the brand name etched into the handles and I couldn't be more pleased with them, so I'm very happy to recommend them.
